Land lords have become immune to it because of the high amount of them of the last few years but I would still be weary depending on the length of time since the short sale.

I'm not a big fan of tattoos however newer investors and wholesales should copy @Dev Horn's post above and have it permanently inked somewhere in there body that they see a lot of, whether belly, butt or forearm.Great message, Dev. 

My question is have any body ever experienced a problem buying an REO property using hard money lenders?   

Potentially highly lucrative and almost immune to market downturns.

Essentially, I was carrying so much stress around, my brain and body would sort of short circuit and I'd end up with a full on seizure - the whole enchilada with a crash to the floor and muscular spasms and contractions for anywhere from 15 to 90 minutes.  

While the court may find in your favor....good luck actually collecting from her.Also I do suggest that if you end up in court....or in front of any sort of disciplinary body like the Boston Fair Housing Commission....you absolutely must get a lawyer.
