I’d have to pay the full class in order to be done but I owe so much on it and their rebuttal is that I’ve already been exposed to the resources and tools that they offered so I guess I’m stuck with them till I pay it off.

I didn't get my money's worth from MFM.Update: Nov 2024- they have restructured their program to have 3 paths: acquisition, capital raise, or underwriting - and have a 12-class program for you to follow for each path (what happened to asset management??).

@Megan Mason recommend you watch some of the videos from @James Wise youtube channel on S8 evictions.We've been dealing with S8 tenants for over 20 years and they are NOT a cure-all for rent collection challenges.Since rents in Class A & B areas exceed S8 limits, most of your S8 rentals are going to be in Class C/D areas.
