The beauty of a single family home is that the asset is a swiss army knife, and there are always buyers and sellers. 

Conversely, advertising a 4/3, beautiful single family home to single traveling nurses (a pretty price-aware demographic post-Covid) may not work as well.When I go on ff.com to see what is out there in my area, I too often see units that are marketed to "everyone".

If it's wide open, that should be a red flag.

Also very close to the house ( and one of the boat launches to get on river ) is the Zane Grey Museum in Laxawaxan, PA ( 10 minutes away)So much beauty in that part of upstate NY.That is a great idea making it a fishing destination.

I'm in Redding, CA, and we have a lot of demand for homes under $450k, and rentals.

We have a huge influx of people buying in NH at the moment, obviously mostly short-term COVID-related, however I do feel this will be pretty sustained, now that so many people are questioning city life and have realized it IS possible to work from home, so why not do so in an incredibly beautiful place with hardly any crime and tons of outdoor activities?

I'm not sure yet if he was on that lease or not.Definitely some red flags here for me.

Do you know if there is a lot of red tape which makes it difficult or is it fairly easy if you meet requirements and lender knows what to do?
