Hi Kyle, South Florida is hot for STR, one of my clients just got theirs up and running in a suburb of West Palm Beach.

I currently own a cute villa 2/2 in West Palm Beach Florida,  in a 55 and over community.  

I am thinking of adding a pickle ball court to our beach rental property with the hope of increasing off season rentals.

I have a guy I can recommend, I’m in Virginia Beach / Hampton Roads market 

I used the equity to purchase a duplex on the beach as my second property and now use this as my primary residence.

I have less knowledge about Seattle but my oldest friend did a basement conversion ADU in Seattle (I am at her birthday in Long Beach Washington at this moment).
