Once an investor understands that is a business transaction and is able to keep emotions out of the analysis, it is much easier to find, or more importantly, create deals.

My wife and I are now at a stage in life where we’re looking to move from a condo rental in the city to a home in the suburbs.

The sale included a sound stage and all types of equipment.
