Season's Greetings or Happy New Year otherwise.We make large batches homemade toffee (@Jean Bolger's recipe) and candied spiced nuts and deliver decorative boxes filled with these treats to our tenants during the week between Christmas and New Year's.  

It was a great learning experience keeping track of my profits as well as buying bulk candy offline. 

Freakin' Jersey City... apparently my new home used to be a candy store from what the tenant's daughter in law said.

But that was before the CRASSSHHHH when banks were handing out money like candy.

Just asking - did you have concerns about owner-occ seller financing regarding the SAFE Act or Dodd-Frank?  

I just bought a candy bar for $1.00, how much it that candy bar worth at the time of sale?

I would rather do that in Vegas while downing free beer and admiring the eye candy.

But they perform the same function.As for reporting any and all wholesalers, what I gain is keeping bad actors out of the industry, and keeping them from victimizing sellers.
