Since then, I’ve been listening to BiggerPockets, On The Market, and Real Estate Rookie, and I’m currently reading The Multifamily Millionaire by Brandon Turner.A bit about myself:I'm a 31-year-old software engineer looking to become a long-term multifamily real estate investor (REI) and achieve FIRE (Financial Independence, Retire Early).

With a strong background in both real estate and lending, I work with a range of clients—investors, builders, and developers—to help them achieve their investment goals.

What's the most efficient way to achieve these goals?

@Chander SriTo minimize financial loss and achieve goals, consider selling now or holding and waiting.

How will they achieve the promised returns?  

We use to achieve income with the use of a PM that far exceeded what we could achieve as an LTR.  

And then have all of your other LLC's be members in the holding company (if that is what you're trying to achieve).
