A 6/4 "McMansion" with a couple bedrooms and a full bath in the basement, a master-on-main with a full bath, another full bath on the first floor, and then three bedrooms upstairs sharing a single full bath.We had a lot of traffic through the property, and there was only one potential buyer who expressed a concern about the upstairs only having one bathroom for three bedrooms (they had two teenagers who would be sharing the upstairs).

I had a high end, two story house, and a pack of teen age boys that rode dirt bikes.

Prospective Tennant is single mother with 2 teenage boys.  

Not sure what the final outcome was but the guy had a wife but no teenage kids so….

If I found out more and it was a teenage boyfriend/younger girlfriend thing where the parents freaked out, I would stay the course.

Her teenage kids had jammed a mattress into the basement furnace room & bent then broke the seal on the fce exhaust venting & the place quickly filled with high conc of CO.We couldn't enter until it was cleared by the fire dept & the utility guys had already locked out the gas meter.

Turns out another tenants teenage kid had a fire on an upstairs deck (against the rules) and didn't put it out.Yep, burned the house to the ground. 

I can attest to this completely, I was afraid of debt my entire teenage years.

What do you feel about a teenager wholesaling properties?

Never actually timed myself or anyone else but I have a 30 gal heater in my mountain cabin and we routinely have  2 kids (even when they were teenagers) and 2 adults take a shower in the morning, one after the other.
