They have worked for me in the past with technology as I worked in the Silicon Valley my whole career before Real Estate.

I was curious if any folks who flip houses in the north have considered incorporating solar panels and / or heat pump technologies such as geothermal or air-source in their rehabs. 

The technology has really come a long way.  

Remember this is 1900 technology/ building methods- good but not perfect.

Hello fellow BP members, I recently was studying for one of my real estate courses in college and ran across a topic on appraisals and it really got me thinking.It was discussing how modern technology is affecting the appraisal profession.

This is really how the fashionable 1% lived in Pittsburgh's glory years, above both the world most technologically advanced steelmill down by the river and fifteen streets of squalid tenements for the workers marching up Homestead's hill from the train tracks.The trim of this duplex is all quartersawn shellacked white oak, plain foursquare work, obviously all shaped on-site by a master trim carpenter and his apprentices.

However the reality is that with current technology, there just isn't a good way to supply many more people.
