@Scott Bennett a lot of my friends in NH always laughed at me for owning property in "MA" because it's so easy to evict in New Hampshire compared to Massachusetts.However this past Spring I spent a half dozen sessions in the Court on Spring Street in Nashua and learned:that it is easier and quicker to Evict in NHHowever if they Appeal, it goes to the State Supreme Court which can take 6 months or more.I'd get an Attorney familiar with Evictions and RE Law.

Yeah, that's pretty normal because when you start an LLC, you're creating an entity and that entity has no track record or income.Actually, the US Supreme Court declared corporations are people.
