Specifically around efficiency in devices when not maintained and challenges with realizing potential earnings with device electrification upgrades.

Tenants have been a little bit of a litter bug leave before belongings and leaving personal belongings like it's storage what would be the best way to approach them about and enforce to keep clean and no personal belongings Hi David,In addition to strong language in the lease outlining property rules and then strictly enforcing them, how is the on-site storage situation for the tenants?

Self storage we are holding off building at 3 locations until prices, not interest rates go down.  

In the end; they would have had to dig-down the basement in order to achieve the necessary height, and then ended up just deciding to vacate the basement and convert it to "Heat and Storage" and ended up loosing all of their rentable potential from the basement level...Most of our clients see it as too much of a risk to try to keep the existing basement floor when it is around 6'-11" - 7'-1" rough.

They do not add more for garage, basement extra storage, central air conditioning etc, which are market rent additives.
