I have seen areas just south of Austin (Kyle and Buda) or San Antonio.

My STRs are a few counties south of Asheville and lost power for a week.

There is a company called 24hourclose.com and apparently they are closing these transactions in South Carolina.

I have vetted and used contractors over the years, but the only thing holding me back is funding.Also, if anyone is currently investing or looking to invest on the south and southeast sides of Chicago, please feel free to connect.

When you're eviction attorney tells you that it's a nightmare trying to evict someone, it's time to pack it in, or at least consider another market.I would say many of the South East markets, such  as TN, FL, and certain TX marketss, have fair laws for landlords.
