I'm considering RV slots ( for Snowbirds, vacationers, and refinery/turnaround workers), MH pads, cabins, etc. 

:D It's not just cash right away, it's also long-term investment and passion, I love real estate, I really do :mrgreen: And I was very successfull in RE before - how do you think I got most of cash to buy all these houses?

My electrician told me there's a new national standards that says if you replace receptacles, the new ones need to be the tamper resistant ones with the hidden slot covers inside.
