Most folks just would not comment.. and move on.. the fact that these folks who are a slice of the investing public have come on BP and made these observations.. then we are just skimming the surface.. in my humble opinion it simply is not scalable and these folks will be like most others in the space.. long gone and their investors left to hold the bag..

One was a 3bed/2bath unit set up for ten guests, but it had a small 3.8 cubic foot dorm fridge that couldn't hold fit a gallon of milk and they didn't have a single picture, clock, or other decoration on any of the walls.

You can do as you like but bottom line it is the tenants that create the asthetics of the community.On a community as small as that I would only do what is necessary to maintain the community and anything that would contribute to higher rents.It sounds like a community that you simply want to skim off any profits you can and leave well enough alone.Simply enforce strict aesthetic rules on the home owners themselves to maintain the value of the community.
