I've been reading so much about people arguing back and forth between gold, silver, USD, bitcoin, real property etc about what might be the better hedge or store of value in catastrophic economic conditions.

There is no silver bullet for ARV, I have looked! 

We are handing them all entities calculations on a silver platter in excel so it is very easy for them.  

From someone who grew up in a tiny 1 bedroom apartment with 7 people (a family of refugees), whose grandfather worked EXTREMELY hard to pay the bills without government assistance, paid taxes, but still lived paycheck to paycheck, I’m here to tell you that not everyone gets things handed to them on a silver platter.

@Lucas Carl ah yes - you're hitting that magical point in running a business where you're too swamped to invest in improving the processes, yet can't grow any further until you do 😱Unfortunately, there is no silver bullet when you're at this point.

Imagine the glut of used equipment that will be available that will not be ancient, and the amount of applicants for new jobs at the new restaurants.Experienced operator looking to team up with silent partner type ads, EZ Terms Dark commercial units, etc...Italian, Mexican, American, Chinese, Hot Dogs, etc...Every cloud has a silver lining.And for those that can place Experienced Operators with Silent Partners, a cut of the action, and maybe free meals for a year (it's not what you know, it's who you know) ...Every cloud has a silver lining.Look beyond the darkness to the coming dawn and figure out how to enjoy the sunlight! 

The new part is this:  The lender piece has been disrupted by Corona and funding for all of those lenders in that segment; Lima One, Velocity, Sprout, Finance of America Commercial, Silver Hill, Athas, Lendsure, Citadel, US Commercial to think of just a few off the top of my head; has stopped. 

Commodities will overall deflate with some commodities like silver and gold holding strong.

If nothing else, the silver lining I see is some time to get caught up on things we normally don't have time for; workouts at home or in a park, spring cleaning, or learning something new like a skill or language.

America offers people the ability to pull themselves up by the bootstraps if they want to.What you guys have been through reminds me of JP Dejoria's story of the Eagle and Oyster at TEDxLA a few years back (it's on YouTube).You guys have overcome a lot to get where you are -- Good Job -- and keep on going!!!
