Escrow company would not Fed Ex me over night a doc with wiring instructions and their letter head, I was making purchase out of state so I couldn't drive to escrow company. 

Many suburban municipalities around here even have ordinances against street parking overnight - you have to call the police department each night to inform them why you are leaving your car on the street.

They don't respond until over night.
