Only one of these methods involves "saving" money, and most BP users don't pay enough attention to it.

If my partner wasn’t risk adverse and unwilling to move frequently I would buy a new property every 1-1&1/2 years using this method.

Items cannot be stacked against wall prohibiting natural air flow to guard against mold, etc ?? 

I guess in cases of infidelity that can be a natural mind set.

The payment method in the original post of this thread sounds like a half scam!

LIke she will talk to her client  ( Hey client i just found the home your going to buy) Not ask them what they think you have to be able to actually sell and this is a skill that some have naturally but it can be taught and boy it can be tough to teach as many just don t have the personality.

With this particular method, when you purchased the homeowners insurance it would have listed you as the owner, but when the claim is filed your LLC would be the owner.

When I was doing the BRRRR method and leveraged a HELOC for these purchases, I was using my W2 income to put as much back into my HELOC as possible.

However, I have no idea how to choose from the remaining cities, it seems there are a lot of potential options:- Midwest - Michigan (ie: Grand Rapids) seems to have options, also seeing Columbus Ohio and Indianapolis coming up- Reno - I've seen mentioned several times on here- Pittsburgh / Philadelphia / Twin Cities - All mentioned as lower cost to get started, and seem to be experiencing growthI'd ideally like to find a place that has strong potential for future growth, a diversified economy, and I don't mind living in (being close to nature would be a plus).
