I am currently renting and came into my new market in a new state with a 530 score, but when my new potential landlord took into account for everything that happened to put there they just shook there head and rented to me. i had near perfect credit till a divorce happened and my company transferred me to a new location.

That overly polite, side-stepping, avoiding confrontation, mentality is maddening when you are just trying to get to what they're trying so hard not to say.
