Your focus seems pretty spread out, are looking for Realtor leadership in finding the type of property, or just open to any type and want a realtor to bring you what they know best?

There is a case management conference as well as a trial date set. 

The Book on Estimating Rehab Costs and The Book on Flipping Houses: How to Buy, Rehab, and Resell Residential Properties  by J Scott.J spoke at the MidAtlantic conference back in April and is a very experienced and motivating!

And try to get as involved as possible with the meetup from a leadership standpoint.

At a wealth-building conference I once attended, the speaker asked the following rhetorical question:Which would you rather believe?

tax collectors by and large have gotten wise and really frown on non owners collecting overages.remember these folks all go to conferences together.. and they NO like those that chase these. so in some jurisdiction waste of time but in some maybe.. pretty tough gig frankly

Read books, listen to podcasts (I just did a 16 week apartment investing series on Pillars of Wealth Creation podcast), hire a coach, attend conferences, attend boot camps. 

Since there area lot  of out-of-towners, perhaps we could do skype conference calls.
