An estimator for one of those firms convinced me that there was Opportunity for female  General Contracting firms. 

When you show a class B/C, the female's eyes will say 'you had me at granite'.

The female seems fairly responsible but the guy just does not measure up.

Hi, I am an agent in the Chico/paradise area and I amJust starting to invest in the area and would love to connect with other female investors in Northern California.

The 12 two female roommates always late are telling me they have the money but one is claiming she is waiting for a debit card in the mail 2 weeks now, and the other is afraid to pay until the first one pays.

They are detail oriented, all female family owned business.

Does anyone have any policies in place about conducting repairs in an apartment while a female tenant is home.

Being laid off and not working led to depression and feeling like less of a man and she didn't understand.. since then she has became very insecure and very jealous.. i have to walk with my head down when we go to stores so she dont think im looking at other females.. and i have begged her to support me and start learning about investing with me but she wont.. i want a better life im tired of the life ive been living for the past 35 years and i know real estate can give me a better one.. has anyone else been in this position?
