I am about to start a secondary career as a RE Agent which will get me a lot of exposure in my local market and a lot of experience in RE in general.

It's part of my appointment "script" to ask "so how come you don't want to list it with a realtor, you do know that'll give you the most exposure right?"

There are days I have to work late, stay all day and the various Navy related duties but like I mentioned earlier would like experience/exposure while helping out/not being a burden.My wife and I have two rental properties and our primary residence so I'm not completely new to the world of real estate but when it comes to investing I'd consider myself a newbie.

Of course a premium location like that is likely to be listed to get highest exposure.

I've joined the FB group for the local group but that is a great way to get involved and start getting exposure to the group so I'll ask if I can help with any of the logistics like you mentioned.I have been monitoring on credit karma but did not realize I could set goals on there, that is a great feature!
