My names Jake wells and I am on a path to become an entrepreneur as a successful Real Estate investor.

You know the definition of entrepreneur: Leaving a 40 hour a week job working for someone else so you can work 80 hour a week for yourself.If you're intent on creating financial freedom, I hope you're planning on working more than 4 hours a week otherwise you're delusional and you might reconsider your plans.

My long term goal is to flip homes (3-4) per month making me passive income to support my family then giving me lecture time to pursue additional entrepreneur dreams.

Right.I've been an entrepreneur since I was 18 years old, hold a real estate license for 12 years, and manage a few properties (ours and others) for the past eight years. 

I work alongside Juan Pablo w/ 100 Percent Financed My main focus is providing business credit funding to veteran and aspiring entrepreneurs.

I am an entrepreneur and Venture Capitalist, so not new to investing but new to Real Estate.

This to me is another example of our we-want-it-now culture and entrepreneurs being unwilling to put forth the effort to grow a business steadily the old fashioned way.  

This is the true real estate entrepreneur, going the extra mile(s) to put deals together.

This time, think not like an uneducated consumer but as an educated entrepreneur.
