There was some talk about a new wave of REO's coming but we will see. 

Hi,Crowdfunding is not a new phenomenon and it makes big waves in the real estate industry that is beneficial for both real estate investors and real estate companies as well.

it's funny how failures/repairs seems to attract themselves, and every year it's a different wave/trend.

I just sent out my first wave of direct mail looking for potential sellers.

But I have a foundation there and will ride this wave until is peter's out. we also built 46 aiken and sold it to shep of southern charm show.. it was featured on the first episode this year..If you have the means this a  great flip market !!

But many cannot start off there - some can - most can't.I have read most of the posts that Bob has made here on the site and it appears that Bob has been the beneficiary of riding an incredible wave of appreciation on the west coast and in Hawaii. 

Just an FYI, the foreclosure wave has passed.

Too much saturation, the deals are more minimal, the big growth wave has already happened there, and it's just not an easy market to work in anymore.

Properties in those areas you mention won't give you passive income, unless you buy them and then hit a wave of appreciation.
