@Matt Smith I think this narrative is way over blown.  

There are some very aggressive investors that refi into interest only products to free up even more cash in the short term - this can be much more risky though, so not recommended if you are not very experienced and have large reserves.

This has been going on for months.

The baseball season lasts 6-7 months, and I am given free housing during this time, wherever I am currently assigned to play.

I read "guarantees" - for me that is the biggest scam ever and right then and there either hang up the phone or delete and block the email. anytime anyone guarantees anything run and run fast.  

After seeing this I'm glad I did.

This is not going to be changed.  

Hopefully, you are only violating the 7 foot setback, so this is an 8 foot move.
