I have several contacts in new home construction, architecture, land developers and community organizers who help me locate buyers and sellers.

The goal is to determine whether the government accurately adjusts DoD Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) rates and to develop a predictive model to calculate possible future BAH rates for specific locations.We have pulled rental data from Zillow and historical BAH rates from the DoD.

Broadstreet Private Equity.They have several offerings including an infrastructure fund where they develop subdivisions for major national home builders in the Carolinas and Georgia.They also have started a store n lock fund in partnership with Public Storage , a cryto mining fund and I think a restaurant fund.I am primarily interested in the infrastructure and store n lock funds.Also, does anyone have any suggestions on back ground check services?

To help our case, I am thinking about putting together a report of some type that would help for why this development should be accepted. 

My overall goal for my professional career is to start an investment firm and own a big multifamily portfolio and get into development.

Either way, i always decide to buy additional properties as opposed to developing what i have, because I’ll continue having that and can do what i please in the future. 

My aspirations include becoming a real estate developer, so I want to learn as much as I can.

The surrounding lots are developed and have houses, It is not a closed community but it looks like one.

It is less than an acre, but zoned for multi-family residential development (town-homes, condos, apartments, etc) Having never been, I know nothing of the potential in Delta Utah.

We are solely working on assisted living:- Buying homes and leasing them at higher than market rates to these business operators- Purchasing existing businesses with the real estate- Developing / building newFor us, the business makes the real estate cash flow, we can create a massive impact, and the demand outpaces supply and will continue to be that way for the next couple decades.
