Things aren't looking like they are going to improve in the next two weeks with regards to the corona virus, so im wondering if it would be wise to lock in 2.8, or see if rates dip even lower.

Just got my first property under contract; now because of the coronavirus I am wondering what to really expect; should I get out of this contract or should I keep going?

Dear BP family, I'd like to hear your opinion, educated or non-educated guess about how the coronavirus will affect the real estate market, especially the rental segment of it?

I have to imagine that uncertainty with the OPEC+ fallout and corona virus dynamic duo will continue to have negative effects short term. 

Can the bank now cancel the mort. due to these coronavirus fears?

Would be great to hear whether anyone has gotten a new permit issued for an application that was submitted electronically after the L&I office was shut down due to coronavirus.   

@Sirun Vartanyan and as I just commented on another thread, I think all of this volatility in the market created by OPEC/Russia oil dispute and corona virus will actually create upward price pressure as investors rush to security and certainty. 

I have 150k in stocks at the moment that are currently dropping because of the Coronavirus epidemic and I’m looking to take my investments and put it all into real estate.

The Coronavirus has me considering backing out of the deal.

Since coronavirus and global oil supply are having a compounded effect on equities, the already hot market will only continue to see capital moving towards it, thus creating upward pressure on prices.
