Great location right under Como Lake, a minorly distressed asset I was able to put sweat equity into to bump up the rents. 

It doesn't matter if I'm using the app or using BP within the chrome browser, when I type @ and the person's name, nothing shows up.

@Travis Fairbairn I find you can get cashflowing rentals still in Northside, Stop 6 and surrounding areas, and if you really buy right, in the Como area (this area is getting overpriced though).

Maybe one or two has some moderate success, but only just.Ok...For some really infuriating reason, using a chrome based browser, if something's highlited, instead of ctrl+z, it cuts the last paragraph I typed!
