Hi guys, I am a new Canadian investor from Vancouver BC and I run into the same problems as you guys. 

@Matt Baker Most residential type properties in major Canadian cities will not be cash flowing like American properties.

That was the result of a global economic meltdown due to a perfect storm.

Ideally, it would send out reminders and also allow the payments to be exported into an accounting program.I see from the forums there are ones for US banks, and i was wondering if there is something similar for Canadian ones.Thanks

Are there any ways a Canadian investor can get financing in the US?

Have any Canadian investors tried to get a US mortgage through using friends in the US?

After goIng through a few trenches with realtors, property mangers and lenders, I’ve found another Canadian investor who has the teams in play and these properties are already filled with tenants.

For the long-term generational investors who also subscribe to the global warming and shortage of fresh water predictions, WI will become the prime real estate on the planet in that scenario - lol.

I’m early in the research phase but if other Canadian investors are open to sharing areas they’ve had success in, I’d love to hear about it!
