Where and at what cost is skip tracing available in Invelo?

The vast majority of properties at their available prices will not meet this requirement.  

My fear is the lender calling the loan due because I wouldn't have the cash available to pay it off.I don’t know of many cases where a lender would allow an assumption let alone a “subject to “ situation.  

HELOCs are not available because they are residential loans guaranteed by individuals and what you seek is a type of commercial loan or credit line which are available to seasoned companies with proven financial track record.

With that much "profit" available in the deal, if needed we could sell even in todays market, at below market and still profit.

I haven't seen anything above 80% on a cash out in years (and even 80% isn't widely available).

Our primary residents also has some equity, I have a HELOC with $166,000 available funds.
