My husband is Egyptian, in fact this past Monday we just returned from a visit to Egypt, I just absolutely loved it now I have rested and it's time to get to work.I have always been interested in Real Estate, and am now beginning to take my career a bit more seriously.

Hi, all:Sorry for resuscitating an ancient thread.

It was built in 1994 so it is is not ancient and I fairly close to the down town area and the university albeit I have read about college unit horror stories.  

Last week, I happened upon a community action meeting and I met with a former representative of the "ancient" community redevelopment agency (CRA), (remember those days guys?)

A thorough rehab plan to update the ancient systems should be considered.
