ADA, anything to do with ESAs on airplanes, does not apply to landlords.

Then you can easily scale your best ad as you see fit to crush your sales goals. 

It is zoned for multifamily, so there are no issues with the ADA requirement

These include local, state and federal regulations, as well as fair housing regulations (such as the ADA).

@Shane Moynihan remember there is a difference between a Service Animal (covered by ADA - you can’t discriminate against nor charge extra for) and Emotional Support Animals - which are in a legal gray area right now.

So while I haven't gone through the entire process, I've talked with both Ada county and the city of Boise.  

A Service Animal is protected by the American Disabilities Act and must be allowed, while an ESA is not protected by the ADA and landlords are only required to provide “reasonable accommodation” for them that does not cause the landlord undo hardship or expense.

Since January 2019, we have seen appreciation rise 6.1% for all of Ada County.
