I watched every single video and did every single exercise they suggested including writing in extreme detail about my perfect day once I’d “made it”, making an audio recording of it and then listening to it every day.

This concerns me about the potential to maintain a solid tenant base and would likely cause a higher vacancy factor.

I did further investigation and it is my theory that their website was purchased so that it looks like they have an online presence since the early 2010s, and the extreme lack of online information on this company makes it very suspect.

However, a lot of concerns can be mitigated with looking at their past rental behavior in a lot of different settings.

The advice is downright bad; not applicable to the average Billy & Barbara, some signs of bragging among other concerns.

So far, I've rated Evergreen and FCI lowest based on a number of reviews on different platforms that have consistent negative reviews mentioning certain specific issues that I find concerning (this is after accounting for the inevitable disgruntled customer/borrower who gets unjustifiably upset).Are you able to share any of your information?
