Worse still, what if the boyfriend is angry enough to destroy the pretty new rehab that this guy he found in bed with his girlfriend just completed?

They do go on reputation, though, so if you are driving a $1,500 dented car, owe money to everybody you know, and ask someone to loan you $300k to do a house deal, you probably wont get a yes...

Once you find this great deal I'm talking about make a flyer and sell half the deal to a friend at the club if you need to, i bet you wont have to....... thats why rich uncles are rich they know a good thing when its handed to them...... good luckJim

Eric,I dont know why the broker wont help you look at deals.

But if its in a good, cheap park- easily marketed...wont be SUPER hard to find a seller (you wont be stuck with it) Worth looking into.
