The spring is dead, only a few guests here and there (mid April till the beginning of June) From June-September or even October depending on weather, we have a lot of guests that come for the mountain biking, vacation or weddings, or bachelor parties.

I think the common theme here and the take away is that remote rehabbing has some risk that are elevated when you cannot be on scene your 1000% in the hands of the person you choose to be your ground partner.
