So we had to publish in the paper and get the judge to sign off on a quasi quashing of the installment contract.. but that's done.. judge has signed.. so we are good to go.

As for recommended readings, I recommend the entire published works of BiggerPockets.com.

. :)  They also published a list of all the late mobile home taxes as well.  

Carol Donaldson unfortunately I can't help with your issue, however I do believe in the power of social media so I think you should publish the name of the company.

Sadly positive stories like that don't get published.
