What if instead of refi there was a construction loan or post rehab 2nd or heloc was used.

Since I posted, I purchased shares in another property (this one is a STR in Nashville, TN).

. :)  If there was a motel/hotel there I would have booked that with the cancellation policy  and probably post poned this trip a week.
