also Jim  just for grins not sure you want PDX but go on Bulldogs website they are wholesalers also there is veristone and east side funding in your neck of the woods that has foreclosure bidding services were they also provide you the HML when you win at auction pretty slick how they have it set up.. although be cautious I see people they rep buy deals that I know will not make any money the only one is the bidding service and the lender..
