I mean yes on perfect integrity and perfect ethically, but don't try to be perfect when you're looking for buyers, sellers or the full process. 

Anyway, my main take on sect 8 inspections is that they are pretty subjective...if the inspector likes you and is impressed with the first 2 minutes of the walk through and you show honesty and integrity in your place, then you will pass...any minor issue can be fixed on the spot and you will get the benefit of the doubt.

I would love to be able to integrate my BP profile and my website - like have my reviews on BP show up on my website or vice versa!

Developing a web site and managing the integration with all the different technology seems like a lot of work. 

Please keep in mind, I was looking for a platform that will allow me to keep decent accounting records to simplify things without having to integrate Quickbooks etc..

That being said, I have heard of third party services that can integrate with Airbnb or a property management system to do a thorough screening of instant book guests.

Property management is also not a terribly lucrative business model either unless you have it connected to a brokerage and you have other companies integrated with it like HVAC, plumbing, etc to funnel more business through it.
