@Dick RosenIt’s one of the documents included in the pro membership and I was trying to figure out if it was necessary.

I know a lot of top wholesalers, some you probably bought a program or membership from, and they would never make the goofy arguments your making. 

@JP A. if you're interested in meeting up with people SJREIA is a great REIA group in the area and if you purchase a membership you can attend the event with @Dave Van Horn for free (which I am highly anticipating by the way Dave)!

My current CPA says the expenses are probably deductible because I have a history of real estate ownership and the membership acts as CE, not entering a new profession.

To add to what @Jacob Gildea said, David Lanza attends the CARPOA REIA meetings first Thursday at Camp Hill Giant and gives free consultation at the meetings for members, one of the benefits of membership.

More to your point, they will look up your membership ID and see you didn't buy the couch. 

., @Austin Faux, and @Bill Neves  I also paid 25K for a 1-yr Rich Dad Membership and have not had the greatest experience with them.

Attended my first webinar and purchased a pro membership immediately.
