Some words of encouragement for all you new investors just like me.When we create an account on any social networking site we decide, do add a picture to the profile.It just makes it look a whole lot more professional and attractive to those, like myself, who try to build a network web.Don't just build an impressive account, with a huge professional background and,then, go dormant.I'm really scared too, but, honestly, what's the worst that can happen...look stupid, you say!

I don't know if you have had a chance to read up on the 50% rule, if not, then I will highly encourage you to read up on it.These major expenses always seem to happen when you least want them to and not being prepared for them will only lead to failure.Having said that, I hope there are more landlords out there trying to wing it, because that will only create more buying opportunities for investors like me :-)

Sounds like a viable plan - I would encourage you to look at 2-4 unit properties if you do not plan to live there for more than a couple years.

There is absolutely nothing legally or ethically wrong with an individual being a trustee, investor and owning a title agency, as long as this relationship is disclosed to any concerned parties.Everybodys particpation is encouraged; however posting blatantly incorrect information (not opinion, but incorrect facts), i.e, posting information about which you have limited or no knowledge, is dangerous and inappropriate.
