my only slight variation is we build new home communities and we are one of the few that will deal with VA loans.. my wife and I believe we owe it to our service men and women to allow them to use those loans even though they are more time consuming for us.. but on the new construction the inspections are no more daunting on older homes it can be a challenge..

I believe growing up in a family of woodworkers and handymen has prepared me for these challenges, as I've worked on many houses and projects before and helped build a rather gorgeous 3000 sq/ft log cabin starting from foundation up as a young teen.

Trust the numbers and don't force them.In similar situations I let it go, tell the seller my last offer stands then let it sit for another month or six weeks before sending them a revised offer and re-engaging with them.Good luck, trust the numbers, they won't lead you astray but your emotions will.

Material breach of rental agreement is easy to proof; however, it is something that can be fixed with reasonable effort or expense, while keeping the contract in effect, it's less likely to be material.I am aware that the California eviction process is simple, however it certainly becomes complicated once the tenant decides to challenge the eviction.Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
