In a couple of my evictions, management indicatd that the tenants pro-actively moved out ahead of the eviciton, but the eviction was still run though the process and formalities.ThanksYes, that is always a grey area; I hate evicting furniture. 

You need to stock it with appliances, electronics and basic furniture. 

You can easily differentiate yourself by adding furniture or customizing your terms.

What's most frustrating is that they have bought a new gazebo, a new large pool, outdoor furniture and other luxuries while they owe us money.
