@Colleen F. it's similar but also fundamentally different in several ways:1) OpenDoor is already charging a higher fee just for "privilege" to sell TO them2) OpenDoor's offer prices are usually lower than market prices3) It can be confusing to both consumers and agents, because OpenDoor is operating similar to a wholesaler in that they claim to close quickly, with cash, and make the sale process easier on the seller.
