Is it extra cash each month, is it long term wealth, is it financial freedom, is it stair step to bigger business etc?.... 

I come from a non wealthy so I can't ask my parents.

Depending how wealthy you are you might want to have some form of a corporation or a LLC.

You won't make great income but will be creating tremendous wealth. I

It's always great to see people my age, or younger, realizing that real estate is a great way to build wealth. I

There's a lot of temptation to have glitz and glamour but I'm assuming the point of real estate wealth, is early retirement, a legacy and financial freedom (which to me are financial options).

I know a few others in the industry that have gotten quite wealthy doing this.. and they have big productions big staff big budgets etc..

It is like selling a slimming powder but you have to follow a certain diet/food restrictions, if you remove the powder and just follow the diet/food restriction, you will still be at the same outcome, maybe +/- 1 pounds after 3 months, but you save on the powder expense.
