Is a broker more important than a real estate agent to have on your team?

I'm assuming the majority of people will be on one of the two major players, but I could be surprised.

There is finally a player in the real estate crowdfunding space that is targeting non-accredited investors.  

Home Union, Norada  and many more but those are some of the top players.. what they do is they do all the heavy marketing IE webinars SEO all the stuff that local on the ground turn key companies are not that great at. 2.

My main issue with the local players in PA is they typically will lend up to 80% LTV but with 20 year amortization.

Contrary to what "wholesalers" claim about having buyers, agents have many times more buyers and can look out for the sellers best interest by helping the seller not get stuck with game players and their 90 day inspections and "subject to my partners" approval garbage. 

Also, home depot has managed accounts for players on a large scale that can be utilized to but my knowledge for that is limited as i only deal with 2 or 3 managed accounts

Class A MF is for big players.

If I asked a room of NBA players if "following your dream" is worth it, they would all say yes.   

Every employee and agent working for us holds a college degree, and our methods are as streamlined and efficient (in many cases, more-so) as any of the bigger players in the market.
