Are you aware of any online forums for people who are severely allergic to animals and who want to find a vacation rental that is less likely to trigger their allergic reactions? 

We're trying to understand why people would come to RR instead of Austin (prices on AirBnB seem to be quite similar in both locations). 

Both of these people have a 30-50% chance of blowing this situation, at least.

And because of this, this is why so many people start with wholesaling.
