This is a pandemic driven recession which has impacted everything but not banks and housing yet.

I wish we would have known a pandemic was going to happen and that we would end up moving 7 months after closing! 

Even during this COVID-19 Pandemic.

MA was debating a law to prevent eviction until 12 months after  the pandemic ends (whenever that is) recently.

Pre pandemic and post I have had the same experience you just mentioned, but I still am able to find applicants and schedule showings.

One of my clients most of his visits are people looking to visit family in the area but close enough for a disney trip, day trips to the beach which is 15-20 mins away, once the school is back up at full capacity FIT has a lot of foreign students who have friends and family visiting, the sports center in viera has very big baseball and soft ball tournaments multiple times a year before the pandemic but i think they have some things this on the schedule this summer. 

But will they find jobs or can they afford to live without jobs.Then I am assuming the other section is remote white collar workers who may sadly have to return once the pandemic washes away.
