You won the judgment.....but good luck actually getting the $$ from me".........Stall and make it as hard as possible for them to actually see any $$.... they probably have other debt collectors breathing down their neck, so delay any "relief" for their other baggageOf course that will hurt your credit and be on your record, but at the end of the day I might just eat that just to do pay these people

They would be recorded on title.In our neck of the woods, there have been developments of these over the years and don't hold their value very well.I agree with @Clint Barrett that you may be better off with SFR's.

So there are multiple necks to squeeze when purchasing from them.Just like most turnkeys you’re going to pay top dollar on the homes, so there is little to no room for BRRRR, and the properties they sell are below 60K - so most banks wont put a mortgage on them.
