Would it make sense for me to start an LLC which incorporates both my entities as a Realtor and an investor?

Then provide their receipts to the lender to incorporate into the rehab portion of the mortgage. 

We set up an LLC from the beginning, but all your documents should have a logo and professional style headings with your business name, address, phone and email.  

Maybe that means take the fancy logo off the drawings and swap it out for text-only contact info.

As a newly investor, I’m looking to setup my business and incorporate.

We can add a photo, a logo, color, anything you want you can add it to this form.
