At the same time it shouldn't look like a half done staging either.In my market there are a lot of retirees, so cable and Netflix are a must.

Hi @Jared Ebert, I was in a similar position to you having a fairly intense W2 job which gave me excess cash and very little spare time.

This could be an indicator of an area that is going thought the early stages of gentrification.

So it can be in Hypersupply today but it does not mean it will go down to Recession stage.

Big piles of excess cash is the solution to nearly all problems.
